LUXA — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 October 2026
LUXA ("the app", "we") is a media player. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.
Data we process
- Device identifier (Android ID) and device model, Android version and app version — used to create your anonymous LUXA account on first start, so the app works without registration.
- IP address and viewing activity (channel and time) — used to deliver the streams, limit simultaneous connections and prevent abuse.
- Purchase information — when you subscribe, Google Play sends us a purchase token, the plan and its expiry date so we can unlock Premium. We never receive your card or payment details; payments are processed by Google.
We do not collect your name, e-mail, contacts, location, photos or files.
Advertising
Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising ID and collect device and usage information to show and measure ads. In the EEA/UK you are asked for consent first and can change it at any time. Premium users see no ads. See how Google uses data in ads.
Sharing
We share data only with Google (Play billing and AdMob) as described above. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is kept while the app is in use and deleted at most 12 months after the last activity, or on request.
Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on access-controlled servers.
Your rights / deleting your data
You can request deletion of your account and data at our account deletion page. Uninstalling the app stops all data collection.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
Content
LUXA does not provide or host any media content; it plays only what your service makes available to you.
