LUXA — Terms of Use

1. The app
LUXA is a media player application. LUXA does not produce, sell or host media content; it plays the streams made available through the service.
2. Free and Premium
LUXA Free includes a selection of channels and shows advertising. LUXA Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play (monthly or yearly; a discounted first week may be offered to new subscribers) that unlocks all channels, Movies & Series and removes ads.
3. Billing, renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to your Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before. You can cancel at any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may not share, resell or redistribute your access, circumvent technical limits (such as the number of simultaneous connections) or use the app unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Availability
Channels and content may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee that any specific channel or title is available.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
